Terms and Conditions – y99 9 Pakistan Betting Platform

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To create a y99 9 account and access any betting, gaming, or financial features of the platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. These requirements exist to protect both our members and the integrity of y99 9 as a platform.

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to register or use y99 9 in any capacity. This is a hard limit and applies to all platform features including the free cricket score tracker. y99 9 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will immediately suspend and permanently close any account found to belong to a person under 18. Any balance in such an account will not be returned and may be donated to a responsible gaming charity.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Creating duplicate accounts – whether under different names, phone numbers, CNIC numbers, or email addresses – is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions. y99 9 uses automated detection systems alongside manual review to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicates are found, all associated accounts will be closed, all pending withdrawals will be forfeited, and the individual will be permanently banned from the platform.

1.3 Registration Information

When registering with y99 9, you are required to provide accurate and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, your active mobile number (which must be registered in your own name), and a valid email address. y99 9 may request CNIC documentation or additional verification at any time. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure without notice.

2. Account Security and Verification

Your y99 9 account is your sole responsibility. The security of your login credentials is entirely in your hands and y99 9 cannot be held responsible for unauthorised access that results from your failure to keep your password secure.

2.1 Password and Login Credentials

You must choose a strong, unique password for your y99 9 account and must not share it with any other person under any circumstances. y99 9 staff will never ask you for your password via chat, phone, or email. If someone contacts you claiming to be from y99 9 support and asks for your login details, this is a scam – please report it to us immediately at support@y999-jit.com.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

y99 9 may require you to complete identity verification before processing certain withdrawals or when account activity appears unusual. Verification typically requires a clear photograph of your Pakistani CNIC and a selfie holding that document. Until KYC is completed, y99 9 reserves the right to place withdrawal holds on your account. This process typically takes 24–48 hours from submission.

2.3 Suspicious Activity

y99 9 monitors all accounts for unusual patterns including sudden large deposits, atypical betting patterns, rapid switching between payment methods, and other indicators of potential fraud or money laundering. Accounts flagged for review may be temporarily suspended while the investigation takes place. y99 9 will cooperate with Pakistani financial authorities if required by law.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and PKR Wallet

y99 9 operates an entirely PKR-based wallet system. All transactions – deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals – are processed in Pakistani Rupees. There are no foreign currency conversions and no hidden exchange rate charges at any point.

Accounts with a zero balance may be archived after 18 months of inactivity.

4. Betting Rules and Void Markets

The following rules apply to all bets placed on y99 9 regardless of the sport, market type, or event. By placing a bet on y99 9, you accept these rules without exception.

4.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to y99 9's acceptance at the displayed odds at the time of placement. y99 9 reserves the right to decline any bet, limit stakes on specific markets, or withdraw odds from any market at any time without prior notice. This is standard practice across all betting platforms and is intended to maintain market integrity.

4.2 In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets on cricket, PSL, esports, and other markets are accepted subject to available odds. In-play odds change rapidly and y99 9 uses automated systems to suspend markets when significant events occur (wickets, goals, round ends). Bets placed during a market suspension period may be voided at y99 9's discretion.

4.3 Void Bets and Settlements

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled before the scheduled start and not rescheduled within 36 hours
• A match result is officially reversed or subject to an ongoing match-fixing investigation
• y99 9 published incorrect odds due to a technical or human error (palpable error) and the correct odds would be materially different
• The event conditions change fundamentally after bet placement (e.g., a T20 match is reduced to fewer than 5 overs)

4.4 Cricket-Specific Rules

For Pakistan international cricket and PSL matches, the following additional rules apply. Match markets require a minimum number of overs to be bowled for settlement to stand – this varies by competition and is specified in the market description. Player-specific markets (top scorer, most wickets) require the player to take the field for the bet to stand. All match results are settled based on the official result as declared by the match referee or relevant cricket board.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

y99 9 runs promotions and bonus offers from time to time for both new and existing members. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated within the promotion itself, plus the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The y99 9 welcome bonus, where offered, is available to new members on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, and per mobile device. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through different accounts or devices will be treated as a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent account closure.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonuses in combinations designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage), or staking in patterns that y99 9's systems identify as being designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus balances removed and may be permanently suspended.

6. Responsible Gaming Obligations

6.1 Available Tools

• Cool-Off Period: Step away for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, your account is fully accessible after the period ends without contacting support.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. This is irreversible. y99 9 will not reopen a self-excluded account under any circumstances, even at the member's own request.

6.2 Member Obligations

As a y99 9 member you agree to use these tools if you find that gaming is having a negative impact on your financial situation, mental wellbeing, or relationships. y99 9 also asks that you do not allow other people to use your account, particularly anyone who may be vulnerable or under 18.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on y99 9. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform. y99 9 will report illegal activity to the appropriate Pakistani authorities where required by law.

• Fraudulent Activity: Use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; chargeback fraud; identity theft.
• Match Manipulation: Placing bets based on inside information or in connection with any attempt to fix, manipulate, or influence the result of any event. This includes player-level match fixing in any form.
• Money Laundering: Using y99 9 accounts for any financial activity designed to conceal the origin of illegally obtained funds. y99 9 has AML procedures in place and reports suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, Ludo rooms, poker tables, or any other competitive format on the platform.
• Bot and Automation Use: Using any software, script, or automated system to place bets, play games, or interact with y99 9 in a non-human manner.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, glitches, or system malfunctions to gain winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Interruptions

y99 9 will not be held liable for losses incurred by members as a result of platform downtime, live score feed interruptions, or delayed bet settlements caused by technical issues outside our reasonable control. This includes internet service provider failures, third-party payment processor outages, and force majeure events.

8.2 Betting Decisions

All betting and gaming decisions made on y99 9 are the sole responsibility of the member. y99 9 does not provide betting advice and is not responsible for any financial losses arising from a member's wagering decisions, regardless of any information provided on the platform such as match statistics, live scores, or form guides.

8.3 Maximum Liability

In the event that y99 9 is found to be legally liable for any claim arising from your use of the platform, our maximum liability to you is limited to the net deposits made to your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Third-Party Content

y99 9's live cricket score feeds and match data are sourced from third-party providers. While we aim to display accurate data, y99 9 is not responsible for errors, delays, or inaccuracies in data supplied by third parties. 9.2 Account Termination

y99 9 may terminate or suspend any account at any time for breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, or any other reason that y99 9 reasonably determines is necessary to protect the platform or its members. Members may also close their accounts at any time by contacting support. Where an account is closed in good standing, any withdrawable balance will be returned within 5 business days.

9.3 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are written and intended to be read in the context of y99 9's operations serving Pakistani members. Any disputes arising from your use of y99 9 shall first be addressed through y99 9's formal complaints procedure – email support@y999-jit.com with the subject line "Formal Complaint". y99 9 will respond to formal complaints within 5 business days.
